We are the route for those who change the country

TransforNATION is a social transformation initiative. We work with young innovators and impact projects in Kazakhstani education: with students solving real problems in their neighbourhood and region, with teachers changing schools from within, and with creators and entrepreneurs turning an idea into a venture.

Our flagship program is Samsung Solve for Tomorrow: 11,450 participants have gone through it across six seasons (2021–2026). Alongside it, the international Invent Future Global competition is growing, while STEM programs reach schools and villages that national-level competitions rarely touch.

We apply the same approach to the creative industries — from the “Creative Pavlodar” program to the Almaty Creators community: first diagnostics and a real conversation with people on the ground, then a roadmap built together.

We believe in one and the same path at any scale: from a school prototype to a project that changes a region. An ecosystem of six portals is how we hold that path together.
