In autumn 2023, TransforNATION supported several AIESEC programmes at once — AIESEC being the world's largest student organization for youth leadership development. From September to November, the team acted as mentor and speaker at InnovateX (innovation projects by student teams), SheCodes (a programme for women in technology), CreativeOne (creative entrepreneurship), and GoExchange (an international exchange programme).

The spread of topics — from innovation and technology to creative entrepreneurship and international mobility — reflects how AIESEC builds its programme line-up: not a single narrow format, but a series of parallel tracks for different segments of the student audience. For TransforNATION, this involvement became a point of contact with the youngest audience among all its 2023 programmes — students who are only just shaping their professional path.
