Antikor — project office

In December 2019, TransforNATION worked with the anti-corruption department to organize an internal project office. The goal was to shift part of the unit's work from one-off assignments to a format of managed projects with clear structure, deadlines, and accountability.

The project-office format is one of the recurring elements of TransforNATION's work with government and quasi-government clients: here, design-thinking methodology is applied not to develop a new product, but to make the unit's own work more systematic and transparent.
