Presidential Administration × UNDP

In 2020, TransforNATION conducted a series of strategic sessions for the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The format of joint work between an international development institution and the country's top tier of public administration represents a rare level of access for design-thinking methodology.

The content of the sessions is not disclosed — the nature of state-level tasks requires discretion regarding details. What matters is the fact itself: TransforNATION's methodology was applied in work with the highest echelon of Kazakhstan's public administration, confirming its applicability not only at the level of sectoral ministries and corporations, but also at the level of the country's strategic planning.
