Astana Creative Hub

In 2023, TransforNATION joined the effort to develop the concept of Astana Creative Hub — a space conceived as a gathering point for the capital's creative industries. The idea is a logical continuation of TransforNATION's projects to develop the creative economy in the regions: where «Креативный Павлодар» (Creative Pavlodar) built a model at the regional level and Almaty Creators formed a grassroots community with no fixed location, Astana Creative Hub is an attempt to give the capital's creative community a permanent physical and institutional venue.

The hub is envisioned as a connecting link between the city's disparate creative industries — from design and media to crafts and digital content — and the infrastructure they need to grow: shared space, a program of events, and points of collaboration among residents.

The project fits into the broader logic of the "future creators" track: after a series of grassroots meetups and regional programs, TransforNATION is naturally moving on to the question of permanent infrastructure for the creative economy — not a one-off event, but a place the community can keep coming back to.
