Astana Hub — series of programmes

From 2020 to 2025, TransforNATION repeatedly returned to collaboration with Astana Hub — the country's leading IT hub — across different programme formats. The first point was the "WOW Service" programme in December 2020, focused on service design for technology companies. In August 2022 came a CustDev module — a methodology for testing product hypotheses through user interviews — followed by work with the KidSecurity team in April 2023.

In October 2023, the collaboration format expanded to Digital Bridge VC — a programme at the intersection of the startup ecosystem and venture capital, and in November 2025, participation in GCA. Over five years, TransforNATION moved alongside Astana Hub from basic product methodologies (service design, CustDev) to a more mature agenda — venture financing and the global competitiveness of Kazakhstani startups.

Five touchpoints over five years — not a continuous programme, but a series of targeted yet regular returns to the same institution, reflecting its role as the country's central infrastructure for technology entrepreneurship.
