Central Asian Creators meetups

In 2025, TransforNATION took the creative-community meetup format to a regional level — a series of gatherings brought together creators from across Central Asia. This is a direct extension of the model piloted earlier in Almaty: an informal space for people in the creative industries — who typically work within their own country's borders and rarely cross paths with their neighbors — to meet, exchange experience, and collaborate.

The regional format grew naturally out of previous years' international experience — from the British Council collaboration on creative-economy topics to participation in Ololo Creative Week in Kyrgyzstan. The Central Asian Creators meetups lock this line of work into a lasting format — not a one-off trip, but a series of gatherings building a network of contacts among the region's creative communities.
