From 2019 to 2022, TransforNATION ran design thinking modules within the MBA and executive formats of several business schools working in Kazakhstan and with a Kazakhstani audience: Geneva Business School and Manhattan Business School — international programs with a regional presence — along with three leading Kazakhstani business education universities, Narxoz, AlmaU, and KAZGUU.

The format is similar in each case — not a standalone course, but a module embedded within a broader program: MBA and executive education participants receive design thinking tools as part of management training, alongside strategy, finance, and leadership. Five business schools over three years — a sustained presence of TransforNATION's methodology within the country's business education system.
