Beyond its major long-term engagements, TransforNATION accumulated a series of more targeted touchpoints with the country's government programs and development institutions over 2019–2024. The alumni network of the international 'Bolashak' scholarship program, the national program for modernizing public consciousness 'Rukhani Zhangyru,' the 'Khabar 24' TV channel, the 'Damu' Entrepreneurship Development Fund, and the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) — platforms of different scale and format, united by one common denominator.

The common denominator is the transformation and design-thinking methodology that TransforNATION brings to a wide variety of institutional contexts: sometimes a one-off talk or session, sometimes more substantive involvement in a program's agenda. Each of these interactions is small on its own, but together they form a broad footprint of presence within Kazakhstan's public development ecosystem.
