Government for Citizens

In December 2020, TransforNATION conducted a change management program for the State Corporation 'Government for Citizens' — one of the country's largest providers of public services, through which citizens of Kazakhstan daily receive certificates, documents, and services in a 'one-stop-shop' format.

The work covered four employee groups and concluded with an open TownHall format called 'Change Management' — a joint conversation about how a large service organization with a mass front-office staff adapts to the constant change of processes and requirements.
