HalykIdea

HalykIdea is a prototype digital platform built as a space where any citizen can describe a problem and propose an idea or solution to improve life in the country. The project is built on three design-thinking principles: understanding people's real needs, involving them in building solutions, and testing hypotheses in real conditions with feedback.

The platform also serves as a showcase for TransforNATION's portfolio of initiatives — from developing GreenTech and AgriTech in Kazakhstan to the "Smart City Turkestan" programme and training sector change managers through El Umiti. Each project in the registry is described in a single format: status, format of work, participant composition, and impact category (government / business / society).

HalykIdea remains a live prototype — an open invitation for citizens and organizations to join in developing the platform, rather than a finished product. It is most valuable precisely in this status: as a living catalogue of how TransforNATION applies design thinking to government and public challenges.
