2025–present · Development of a school-startup incubator programme

Jas Innovator → Creative Start

Jas Innovator is an incubator for school startups aimed at teens aged 14–18, built around social entrepreneurship and creative industries. The programme continues TransforNATION's school accelerator line, launched back in 2019, and relies on the same methodological foundation — design thinking applied to a young audience.

The format runs 8 weeks: a month of online learning (design thinking, leadership and mentorship, the basics of working with AI tools, trends in creative industries) and a month of hands-on project work — from prototype to pitch. Learning is supported by an online platform with mentoring for each team, a Telegram bot to support the course, and a mini-course builder for trainers.

The project also includes teacher training under a "train the trainer" model — the programme's sustainability rests not only on a one-off cohort of students but on the competence of mentors who can go on to run similar intensives independently.

The final takes place offline at a forum: teams defend their prototypes before an independent jury against five criteria — usefulness, uniqueness, feasibility, prototype quality, and results of testing it with users.

Today the programme has grown into **[Creative Start](https://creative-start.kz)** — a creative-entrepreneurship incubator for teens with its own course platform, methodology, and community. Jas Innovator remains in the record as the first iteration of this model.
