Kazatomprom — Corporate Facilitators

From 2020 to 2022, TransforNATION trained internal facilitators for Kazatomprom — the national company and the world's largest uranium producer. The program's task was not to run one-off sessions with an external team, but to grow a pool of employees within the company capable of independently leading problem-solving sessions and strategic discussions.

The training ran in two cohorts (November 2020 and April 2021), and in June 2021 and July 2022 the program was supplemented with separate modules — critical thinking and design thinking, respectively. Training internal facilitators is a strategically more complex task than running a one-off session: it requires passing on not only tools, but the very logic of running a group process.
