Strategic sessions for ministries

In 2020–2021, TransforNATION conducted a series of targeted strategic sessions for specialized units of three ministries. In February 2020, a session was held for the technical and vocational education (TVE) division of the Ministry of Education, and in the same month, for the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

In February 2021, the series continued with work with the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Three different ministries, three different sectoral agendas — but a common format: a short but intensive session in which the agency aligns its strategic vision and translates it into a concrete action plan.
