MOST — IRA + Smart City Accelerator

In 2023, TransforNATION carried out mentoring work simultaneously across several programmes at the MOST business incubator. The main line was the IRA accelerator, which ran several cohorts over the year (March, then a repeat cycle in July), supplemented by a separate workshop in April. In parallel, work continued with the Smart City Accelerator, which launched in September 2023 and focused on solutions for the urban environment.

In autumn, another track was added — mentoring the "Alfred the lock" team (November 2023), one of the projects in the MOST programme portfolio. Altogether, the year formed a dense cycle of mentoring work with several startup cohorts simultaneously — from general product workshops to a specialized track on urban technologies.

The multiplicity of IRA cohorts over the year reflects the maturity of TransforNATION's collaboration with MOST: not a one-off invitation as a mentor, but a regular, repeatable practice of supporting early-stage startups.
