RFMSh — series of workshops

One of TransforNATION's earliest venues for testing its design-thinking methodology in a school setting was the Republican Physics and Mathematics School (RFMSh). Over 2019–2020, the team ran more than nine sessions with different audiences at the school — from introductory workshops to a full cycle with prototyping.

The core of the series was work with students in grades 10–11: teams moved from framing a problem to a working prototype and defended their solutions in a final pitch before mentors. The format was designed so that students didn't just get acquainted with design-thinking tools but carried an idea through to a tangible result.

In parallel, separate workshops ran for teachers and for parents, split into two age groups (grades 5–7 and 8–11), so that the adults around the students understood the language and logic of the methodology and could support them outside of class. This three-way format — students, teachers, parents — became one of the early models that TransforNATION later scaled into larger STEM programmes.
