Teacher of the Year

In August 2021, TransforNATION ran a program for finalists of the national «Teacher of the Year» competition, together with the Foundation for Socially Significant Initiatives. The audience here was fundamentally different from that of the school tracks: not novice educators, but recognized leaders in their profession who had already gone through rigorous selection.

The format was built around design thinking as a tool the finalists could take with them and apply in their own practice — not as a one-off workshop, but as a working methodology for further professional development and dissemination among colleagues.
