TOMIRIS — mentoring a women's accelerator

From September 2022 to the end of 2023, TransforNATION served as a mentor for the TOMIRIS accelerator — a program supporting women's leadership and entrepreneurship. During this period, the team supported participants across two annual program cycles (2022 and 2023), and from August to October 2023 the work was formalized into a separate mentorship track — Mentorship — focused on individual support for participants' projects.

The mentoring format was built around a human-centered approach to transformation: helping participants not only work through their business idea, but also confidently present themselves and their project — from the first formulation of the idea to a defense before the program's expert panel.

Nearly two years of continuous cooperation with TOMIRIS is one of TransforNATION's longest-running mentorship engagements in the accelerator space, on par with its multi-year work with the PAA's 'New-Generation Leader' program and Kazatomprom.
