UMAI Boizhetken

UMAI Boizhetken is a programme for girls, built by TransforNATION as a sequential path: from an introductory boost module (September 2020) to the core Boizhetken course (December 2020) and a final project defense (June 2021).

The format combines design thinking with a focus on developing participants as authors of their own solutions — from identifying a problem to a project ready for defense. A cycle stretched over several months gave room for iteration rather than a one-off workshop.

The final defense in June 2021 became the point where the whole programme came together — participants presented their solutions before a jury, closing a cycle begun almost a year earlier.
